Standard 2-8 Business day Shipping

We use live USPS shipping rates on our online store, displayed at checkout. Shipping costs depend on the contents of your order, your location and start from $4.99.

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States, but not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories.

Orders are processed and shipped Mondays to Fridays only, excluding bank holidays.

During promotional sale periods please allow for additional delays but we will endeavor to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Returns

We hope that you love your Golden Star Beauty products as much as we do. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your unopened, unused, undamaged, original packaging products to us within 30 days from date of delivery, in exchange for a full refund. We take immense pride to ensure all items are shipped correctly and in perfect condition. However, occasionally items may become damaged in transit. If you are concerned you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email at support@goldenstarbeauty.com.providing photographic evidence of the damage or defect. If the product is deemed damaged/defective, you will be issued with a full refund. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 days to clear the funds back into your account.
